That's just what happens in this lightning-fast laugh-out-loud 90-minute gender-bending romp. When her sister Mina falls ill with a mysterious disease of the blood Lucy Westfeldt and her fiancé Jonathan Harker enlist the help of famed female vampire hunter Doctor Jean Van Helsing. Their hunt for the dangerous and sexy Count Dracula abounds with clever wordplay and quick-change antics. Five actors play over a dozen roles in this bloodcurdlingly hilarious send-up of the literary classic. |

Set in seventeenth-century Europe, the play follows Mother Courage, a woman who operates a rolling canteen business during the Thirty Years War. |
It's Showtime!The Performing Arts Trivia Show, An ASTC Fundraiser to benefit the NMSU Theatre Arts Departmentdirected by Monique Foster December 6th at 7:00pm Performers will include NMSU Theatre Department students, dancers from Borderlands Ballet Company, Organ Mountain High School Choir, Gospel Choir of Las Cruces, Studio A-440 in Las Cruces, dance students from Alma d’arte Charter High School and local artist Georgina Armendariz doing a hoop act. All proceeds from the event, including trivia contest tickets, will benefit NMSU theatre students, paying for student travel to theatre auditions and competitions, scholarships and guest artists who work with theatre students at NMSU. |

Throughout the courtship, she experiences mysterious premonitions of what lies ahead in her life and how the ever’present machismo will ultimately bring her heartbreak as it gets passed down from fathers to sons; generation to generation. |
