Please keep in mind that spaces are available on a somewhat limited basis during the school year to accomodate performances by Theatre Arts and Dance, as well as other NMSU entities. A renter may be granted 50% space rental sponsorship if (A) the event is primarily educational in scope, (B) the event is primarily student organized, and (C) the event is 100% free and beneficial to NMSU students. Furthermore, a renter may be granted 100% space rental sponsorship if (A) the event is primarily educational in scope, (B) the event is directly theatre related, and (C) the event is 100% free and beneficial to Theatre Arts students. Qualifications of such events must be approved by the Theatre Manager and Department Head. Spaces are only reserved once a contract is signed and a 50% deposit has been made.
