Space Usage Request

Please fill out the form below to request usage of space in the ASNMSU Center for the Arts.  Please keep in mind that spaces are available on a somewhat limited basis during the school year to accomodate performances by the Theatre Department as well other NMSU entities.

A renter may be granted 50% space rental sponsorship if (A) the event is primarily educational in scope, (B) the event is primarily student organized, and (C) the event is 100% free and beneficial to NMSU students. Furthermore, a renter may be granted 100% space rental sponsorship if (A) the event is primarily educational in scope, (B) the event is directly theatre related, and (C) the event is 100% free and beneficial to Theatre students.  Qualifications of such events must be approved by the Theatre Manager and Department Head.  Please contact CFTA Manager Jim Wilkinson at 575-646-5730 or jcwilkin@nmsu.edu for more information.

Submission of this form does not constitute a reservation of a space; spaces are only reserved once a contract is signed and a 50% deposit has been made.
