To be eligible to receive American Southwest Theatre Company Student Travel funds, you must:

  • Be a currently enrolled, fulltime (12 credits or more) Theatre Arts major

  • Have a 2.5 or higher accumulative grade point average

While there are rolling deadlines for funding throughout the year, the annual application deadlines are approximately December 10 and February 28.

In the areas below that indicate Transportation, Housing, Meals and Registration, please fill in the amount you have estimated/budgeted to cover these costs.

In the area below that asks about Fulfilling ASTC’s Mission, please address how your proposed travel helps to fulfill ASTC’s mission and vision statements: “To enrich the theatrical and educational experience for students and our community by providing professional theatre personnel and special production resources” and “To be an innovative leader in the performing arts by enriching theatre arts for our community and region.”
